After Mortals become level 371, they can get a special skill called Soul of Limits. It's a buff skill that increases the mortals stat points. You can choose what stat points you want it to increase. You can allow the soul buff to increase any stat you want, and you can choose up to 2 stats to increase. (If you do choose to increase 2 stats, it will be split, in other words it wont be as much increase to 2 stats as if it was to only 1) BUT, there is no specific number on how much the stats will increase from the skill. The amount of stat points that are increased are determined by how many stat points you have in the area WITHOUT the skill activated. Basically, the more stat points you have in a specific area, if you want the soul skill to increase that areas stats even more, it would increase by alot. Whereas if you only have 5 of that specific stat, the soul skill may only increase that stat area by 1 or 2 if you want it on that area.
Sounds pretty difficult I know, but I'll give an example.
Say you are a Black foema with 3000 intelligence, and 5 dex, and you get the Soul of Limits skill. You can choose for it to increase your stats in the Dex stat point, but since you only have 5 Dex WITHOUT the buff activated, the Soul skill will only increase your Dex by one or two. BUT if you get the soul skill to increase your INT stat, you will gain about 1000 more Int since you already have a lot there to begin with!
Make more sense now? I think the amount of stat increased is based off of percentage of stats.
Now you may be asking, how can I get this skill?
Or how can I change the type of my soul?
Here is how a mortal can get soul:
First of all, you need level 371,
After you get 371, you will need a specific item to get soul. The item that you need depends on your character class. The items needed are as follows:
Foema: Sun Secret Stone
Transknight: Water Secret Stone
Beastmaster: Land Secret Stone
Hunter: Wind Secret Stone
You can get these items from either:
1. Purchasing them from other players for about 10m. (Wind secret stone costs more, about 150m xD)
OR
2. Making them with certain runes.
Buying them is alot easier unless your pro.
After you get the item you need, next part is easy.
Just talk to Civil Delegate with the item in inventory, then click Confirm. You will then be taken to character selection screen, and your new mortal with soul will be glowy and shiny xD.
Now whenever you log on again with your character, you will have Soul of Limits skill in the Sephira skills. Click the skill and drag it to wherever you want on your skill bar. When you use it, your stats on Str and Con will be increased. (When you attain the skill, it will always be on str and con.) To change the stats you want it to increase you will need to get some more items; jewels. (Garnets, Emeralds, Corals, Diamonds) The items you need that corresponds to the type of soul that you want are as follows:
Coral Emerald Garnet Diamond
WARNING: THE ITEMS WILL REQUIRE A CERTAIN ORDER TO ADD IN THE PROCESS. BELOW IS THE CORRECT ORDER THAT IS NEEDED.
STR- Emerald, Coral, Garnet
INT- Emerald, Diamond, Coral
DEX- Garnet, Diamond, Coral
CON- Coral, Emerald, Garnet
STR/CON- Diamond, Diamond, Diamond
STR/DEX- Garnet Garnet Garnet
INT/CON- Emerald Emerald Emerald
INT/DEX- Diamond, Emerald, Coral
DEX/CON- Coral Coral Coral
CON/DEX- Diamond, Coral, Garnet
*NOTE: The first stat in a set of 2 stats will get more increase than the second stat*
Go to NPC Ehre, in Erion after you get the correct items that you need. Click her, then apply the items in the CORRECT order, then click confirm. Relog, then use your soul skill again. Your soul skill should increase the stats that you wanted it to.
